We had a great Halloween! This is the first year that Lucinda & Malcolm have really "gotten" Halloween. They have been so excited about pumpkins, costumes, trick or treating, candy, the whole thing. And we had a blast! Malcolm decided a while ago that he wanted to be Tigger. Fortunately, Lucinda quickly declared that she wanted to be Piglet, since Tigger and Piglet are friends. So one quick order from Amazon and we were ready.
The Halloween festivities kicked off with a preschool parade, trunk or treat and snack party last Friday. We don't usually got to preschool on Fridays, but we made a special trip for this. It was so cute!!

Halfway through the parade, Malcolm and Charlotte took off for the playground
So Malcolm had to hold Lucinda's hand for the rest of the parade
Trunk or Treat
By the time Halloween rolled around, they were super excited about everything Halloween. We had our friends Amy and Greg over with their daughter Mayim to go trick or treating with us. Mayim is their honorary triplet - born on the same day in the same hospital, and now she lives right up the street from us!
Unfortunately their other neighborhood friend Lucas was sick, but he rallied and joined us for a couple houses.
The kids loved trick or treating. Malcolm really took charge, marching up to every door, shouting "trick or treat" and sticking out his pumpkin for more candy.
Happy Halloween!
