Up Close & Personal

We're enjoying a quiet, relaxing weekend at home before the holidays.  We'll have lots of company starting on Christmas, and it's been nice to have some down time with our little family this weekend.  Malcolm and Lucinda are finally over the little stomach bug they had, and the horrendous diaper rash that came with it is on the mend.  But they've still been napping pretty poorly all weekend, mostly because Malcolm learned how to stand up in his crib, but he doesn't know how to sit back down yet.  Walking in and seeing them standing together at the ends of their cribs, facing each other and jabbering away... amazingly adorable.  Having to go in there 9,000 times to help Malcolm sit back down so he can go to sleep... not quite as cute.

It's our anniversary on Tuesday, and Matt gave me a zoom lens for my camera!  I've been testing it out this weekend, so here are some random acts of cuteness by Lucinda and Malcolm, up close and personal.
