This morning, we went to the annual Friendship Firehouse Festival in Old Town. The Friendship Firehouse was built in 1855, and is now a museum right across the street from the Morrison House, where we had our wedding reception.
The kids had a blast at the festival! They got fire hats, and got up and personal with the firetruck, and generally had a ball running around on the closed off street and nearby alleyways. And it gave me a great chance to work on my photo skills, having just finished the class Matt and the kids gave me for Mother's Day. I got a bunch of shots I was really happy with -- although that's not hard with models like these!
