Happy Easter!

Malcolm and Lucinda had a great first Easter! Grandma and Pap Ross came down from Pittsburgh to celebrate with us, Uncle Adam and Aunt Julia.

I found these adorable Easter baskets at Pottery Barn Kids. I can't wait to use them year after year as they grow up (although I predict this is the one and only time we'll have a candy-free Easter)! This year, Malcolm and Lucinda each got two new board books, a special Easter outfit from Grandma, a "My First Easter" bib, and a lovey blanket.

At Aunt Elena's request, I tried to take their pictures in their Easter baskets this year. As you can see, Lucinda was having none of that.

The babies also got fun toys from Grandma and Pap, and from Mimi and Poppy. And they got hats and new summer clothes from Grandma and Pap, but babies in hats are so cute they need their own blog post... stay tuned.

Michelle made us a beautiful new spring wreath for the entryway of our house. Bailey thought it was an Easter present for him. (I think this marks Bailey's grand debut on the blog! For those who have been wondering, Bailey shows absolutely zero interest in the babies, and is, we think, a bit depressed at having been displaced as the center of attention. We think he'll come around eventually)

On Saturday, we headed up to Brookeville, Maryland to Uncle Todd and Aunt Wendie's house for Easter lunch. The babies were a big hit, behaved beautifully, and met lots of new family members, including their Great Grandma Gadomski:

And Great Aunt Linda:

Four generations (Great Grandma Gadomski, Grandma, Daddy, Malcolm & Lucinda):

Today we enjoyed a quiet Easter morning at home with Grandma and Pap, sitting on the back porch enjoying the beautiful spring weather before they headed back to Pennsylvania. We had a great visit, and are so glad they were able to share Malcolm and Lucinda's first Easter with us!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend as well!
