We had a nice break from winter gloom last weekend when Aunt Elena took advantage of being in DC for a conference and came to visit. The thoughtful guest she is, she brought some sunshine and warmth for us in mid-January!
On Sunday, it was over 60 degrees and we got to play outside! Malcolm & Lucinda played Frisbee, "mowed" the lawn, played on their slide and swings, and had a blast being outside. It hasn't been super cold this winter (until this week), but it's been cold enough to keep us cooped up indoors for a while.
Hopefully we'll get a few more nice days like that scattered throughout the winter!
