Lucinda and Malcolm had their first sleepover party this week when their friend Jeffrey (and my friend Catherine, who happens to be Jeffrey's mom) came to stay with us for four days.
Jeffrey is exactly two months older than M&L, to the day, and Catherine and I met when we were three years old and have been friends for over 30 years! She lives in Dallas now with her husband and two beautiful little boys (hi Scotty!). Catherine was here when the twins were born and was one of the first people to meet them. She came out again last year for work, but wasn't able to bring Jeffrey with her on that trip, so we were very happy that they decided to spend some of her between-jobs time visiting us!
We had a great time - it was so good to catch up and so much fun to see the kids playing together. Malcolm in particular loved having another boy to run all over the house with.

We're looking forward to a trip to Dallas sometime soon to check out all of Jeffrey's toys!
