Happy Thanksgiving!
We spent Thanksgiving in Pittsburgh again this year with Grandma and Pap, along with Uncle Adam, Aunt Julia and Taylor. While we waited for the delicious turkey dinner that Grandma prepared to be ready, Dr. Malcolm checked everyone out using daddy's old doctor's kit.
Lucinda, on the other hand, embraced the gluttony of Thanksgiving and made herself an appetizer in the play kitchen.... mmm.... macaroni & cheese pizza...
Taylor had several costume changes, since it was her first Thanksgiving! Malcolm and Lucinda, of course, wore turkey shirts (click here to see their 2011 and 2012 turkey shirts).
Dinner was delicious and we are so thankful to have spent the day with family.
The rest of the weekend was relaxing and fun. We took the kids to a bounce house place on Friday morning to work off their post-turkey day energy and they had a blast. We also took them to a local arcade, where they loved playing the games. And we spent lots of time relaxing and playing at Grandma and Pap's house. We played pool and foosball, looked at old photos, and tried on daddy's funny old hats.
We are so thankful for our family, and so blessed in all that we have.
